Wonderful location right by the sandy beaches and the famous jetty. The kingsize bed felt luxurious with big pillows, and the room included a well-appointed bathroom with clever storage solutions. Breakfast offered a delightful array of fresh, local products that delighted our taste buds, although the restaurant space could have been more accommodating.

The hotel's close proximity to Busselton Jetty allowed for leisurely beach strolls, and the pizza from the on-site restaurant was a delightful treat after busy wedding festivities.

Wow, the pasta at The Shelter was just epic! We loved noshing on that while soaking up the stunning ocean views from our King Room. And let’s not forget the fab breakfast options—we're talking freshly replenished local delights every morning!
On the flip side, it was a bummer finding out the property was cashless only after arrival. Paying a 2% fee felt a bit cheeky, especially since we splurged $960 for two nights in a small room without a view.

The breakfast buffet was consistently replenished.
The noise canceling in the rooms is dreadful. We could hear all conversations in the hallway, making it impossible to relax. the pool area felt uncomfortable when kids were playing due to disapproving looks from other guests. The gym equipment was also lacking, with several essential pieces missing.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and the great king-size feather pillows made my stay enjoyable, while the convenient location with free parking allowed easy exploration of the area.

Perfect Location Near the Jetty
We had a fantastic time at this hotel, primarily due to its unbeatable location right next to Busselton Jetty and close to numerous eateries. The room was spacious and well-designed, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. While the maintenance issues, like temperamental lifts, were a bit of a hassle, the delicious breakfast and splendid bar offerings made up for it. It would be great if there were fewer disturbances from outside, as noise from delivery activities was quite noticeable during our stay.

Couples looking for comfort and convenience
The breakfast was really impressive way more than just muffins and croissants I was juicing fresh apple with kale right before heading out. Plus they had a solid self-serve area for snacks and drinks that saved us from running around when we just wanted a quick bite.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got, it was still pretty acceptable.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a work trip and was very happy with my stay. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and extremely clean, with all the necessary amenities. I was particularly pleased with my upgrade to an ocean view room, which offered a stunning view. The restaurant had a great variety of options and the self-serve area for snacks was very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth.
The 'room service' options were a bit on the pricier side for the value received.

Just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Busselton with very good value for money. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of fresh options. Make sure to check if the pool is open earlier in the day.
